• Shipping cost: 19.90 RON by courier.
• Free shipping on orders over 200 RON.
• Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days from payment confirmation.
• We deliver anywhere in Romania, by express courier.

Returns policy (right of withdrawal)

Under the law in force (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, which implements EU Directive 2011/83), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

How to return a product

1. Tell us in writing at dreyacandles@gmail.com within 14 days, mentioning your order number.
2. Send the product back in the condition you received it (unused, undamaged, in its original packaging).
3. We refund every amount received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of the date you told us about your decision, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until we get the product back or until you send us proof that you have shipped it.

The cost of the return is yours, except when the product was delivered by mistake, is faulty or does not match the order — then we cover it.

Return address: Bulevardul Dunărea, nr. 19A, Galați, jud. Galați. Exception: personalised products, or products made specially to your order, which under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

You are not obliged to use the form below — a simple email telling us clearly that you withdraw from the contract has exactly the same value. We provide it because the law requires us to, and because some people find it easier. Fill it in and send it to dreyacandles@gmail.com.
