1. General information

The online shop dreyacandles.ro is operated by Cojocea Andreea Persoană Fizică Autorizată, tax ID (CUI) 54712598, trade register no. F2026026185002, with its registered office at Bulevardul Dunărea, nr. 19A, Galați, jud. Galați (the "Seller"). By using the site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice. Product photos are for guidance only.

3. Orders and payment

An order is considered confirmed once payment is completed. Payment is made online and securely through the payment processor Stripe. We do not store your card details. We will send you an order confirmation by email.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014, which implements EU Directive 2011/83. The full procedure is described on the Shipping & returns page.

6. Legal guarantee of conformity

Besides the right of withdrawal, you also have the legal guarantee of conformity under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 140/2021, which implements EU Directive 2019/771. We are liable for 2 years from delivery for any lack of conformity: if the candle does not match the description, the quantity or the quality announced, or cannot be used for the purpose it was bought for.

During the first year after delivery, the lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, so you do not have to prove it. You may ask, at your choice, for the product to be repaired or replaced; if neither is possible, or we fail to do it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract and get your money back.

Complaints go to dreyacandles@gmail.com, with the order number and a description of the problem. This guarantee does not cover normal wear or damage caused by not following the burning instructions.

7. Liability

The Seller is not liable for improper use of the products. Candles must be used according to the safety instructions: never leave them unattended, keep them away from flammable materials and out of the reach of children.

8. Dispute resolution

For complaints you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): anpc.ro. You can also use alternative dispute resolution (SAL): anpc.ro/ce-este-sal, or the European platform for consumer dispute resolution: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
